The importance of practicing gratitude.
15 inspiring quotes.

Practicing gratitude is extremely important. Reflecting on all of your blessings will help you become a more positive and abundant person. However, the act of expressing gratitude is easier said than done.

Sometimes we have an innate instinct to focus on the negative. We tend to give our attention to things that aren’t working out in our lives. Due to this, we neglect practicing gratitude. If you find yourself always focusing on the negative, try to remind yourself of all the positive things going on in your life. For instance, you can pay your bills because you’re employed or you're able to go on a hike because you’re healthy. Albeit, these experiences may seem ordinary to you, they may not be to another person. Always remember that there’s someone wishing they had the little things you take for granted. Therefore, it’s important to always remain grateful because you never know when something will be taken away from you.

Take a look at the fifteen quotes below. Internalize and reflect. Ask yourself how the wisdom below can help incorporate gratitude as a part of your daily rituals.
